I am a Professor for Information Systems at University of Duisburg-Essen. There, I lead the business process innovation and automation lab. I have a strong focus on digital transformation and information systems. Besides this, I consult organizations in Germany and beyond and work as a keynote speaker, discussant, and moderator.
